During the summer season we do not rent apartments in the lease-only scheme, but only linked to the services available in the Club Hotel Le Nazioni.

-          The list prices refer to the housing unit (not per person). There are three types of housing units:SINGLE-ROOM UNITS for 2 to 4 beds without kitchenette, private bathroom.

-          STUDIO APARTMENT or ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT with one bedroom (2 or 4 beds), kitchenette, living room, private bathroom;

-          TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT with two bedrooms (4 or 5 beds), kitchenette, living room, private bathroom;

DAILY PRICES ACCOMMODATION ONLY (per day for a minimum stay of three days, excluding holidays and events):

Single room                        from € 40.00 to € 57.00 (with kitchen supplement € 12.00 per day)

Double room                       from € 48.00 to € 65.00 (with kitchen supplement € 17.00 per day)

Triple or quadruple room        from € 60.00 to € 87.00 (with kitchen supplement € 20.00 per day)

MONTHLY RATES FOR APARTMENT ACCOMMODATION ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE: VAT, electricity, water, kitchen gas, condominium fees, parking space; only heating and the mandatory weekly linen change are excluded:

Single-room unit without kitchen                    from € 460.00 to € 565.00  (actual rent net of expenses approximately € 370 per month)

Studio apartment with kitchen                     from € 580.00 to € 670.00  (actual rent net of expenses approximately € 470 per month)

The mandatory supplement for the weekly cleaning of the units is € 10.00 for single-room units and € 15.00 for apartments, excluding tidying and kitchen cleaning (€ 40.00 per month for single-room units, € 60.00 per month for apartments).

The mandatory security deposit to be paid by security document, cash, cheque, or credit card guarantee amounts to € 250.00 for weekly rental, while for monthly rental it is equal to one month’s rent. Both the rent and the security deposit must be paid in advance; renewals must also be paid in advance. The rental price includes: water, gas, electricity up to a maximum of 100 kWh per month (an average consumption more than sufficient if electric heaters or similar devices are not used); any excess will cost € 1 per kWh, condominium fees. Heating will instead be charged separately based on consumption; a dedicated hour meter is installed in the housing unit, and costs will be calculated as indicated in the contract.

HEATING RATES:

- Two-bedroom apartment         € 1.35 per hour + € 0.15 (bathroom radiator) = € 1.50;

- One-bedroom apartment            € 1.20 per hour + € 0.15 (bathroom radiator) = € 1.35;

- Studio apartment                   € 1.05 per hour + € 0.15 (bathroom radiator) = € 1.20;

- Large single-room unit       € 1.20 per hour

- Single-room unit                 € 1.05 per hour;

PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSING UNITS MUST BE RETURNED BY AND NO LATER THAN THE MONTH OF MAY; SEE THE PENALTIES PROVIDED FOR IN THE CONTRACT.
